CROW & HJS Design are primarily engaged in the repair and restoration of art objects, collectibles and antiques made from ceramic, porcelain and similar materials. I guarantee that all repairs will be performed as outlined in your estimate and that the techniques used represent state-of-the-art repair methods.

Estimates are free of charge and you are not obligated to have any work done. I'll return your item(s) via insured parcel mail or UPS for the amount indicated in the estimate / work order.

I guarantee the workmanship, the quality of the repair, and the materials used. I am one of the PREMIER collectibles repair & restoration professionals in the United States and I always strife to meet and exceed your expectations.

Items left with me for repair are insured at their monetary value as listed in the free, no obligation estimate. No other warantees or guarantees are possible or implied.

All repaired items are returned to you via carefully packed and insured UPS or US parcel mail service... unless you decide to pick them up personally.

Please understand that this type of work is inherently difficult and very time consuming. All delivery times given are estimates and therefore are not written in stone. At times it may take several attempts to achieve the promised repair results which naturally may delay delivery. However, I'll rework every item until it passes the final quality control.

All repair orders under $500.00 must be pre-paid. Orders above that amount require a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping it out. I'll notify you once an order is ready for shipping or pick up.

Rush orders will incur significant up-charges since they must be handled and fired by themselves. Please contact me if you have questions.
